This Barack Obama Painting had been submitted for an art show in Denver during the Democratic National Convention. The artwork was not accepted - probably for one of two reasons - either they understood the art or they didn't. Either way they didn't select the portrait for showing. There are at least three meanings to the words on the painting - for your interpretation.
